COPYRIGHT DISPOSAL AGREEMENT

§ 1

Creator declares copyrights to the creation(s) specified in enclosure No. 1. All these rights are free from the burden of the other people.

§ 2

Rights Tenant declares possessing the right to the activity granted by the Warsaw Chamber authorized to give the Allowances for Business Activity under the No. 394985, which embraces the allowance for books publishing including sound tracks and computer information medium reproduction.

§ 3

1. The Rights Tenant has been given rights by the Creator within the frame of this Agreement for using all delivered creations for further preparation and distribution as books in virtual or paper version or music in virtual or CD version. Distribution is granted to goneta.net publishing house.
2. The main subject of this Agreement is to be NOT allowed to be given other parts.
3. The given allowance within the frame of this Agreement includes creation(s) collection from the Creator, artistic preparation, implementing into the virtual publishing house goneta.net. or paper printing out as the individual or collective presentation with the purpose of further selling. For the collective presentation must be given the written allowance of each and everyone creator. The Rights Tenant has the right to commission paper version preparation for composition and printing by the third independent party for further retail or for the one’s private needs. Time of storing is unlimited.

§ 4

The Rights Tenant commits herself to respect the Creators’ copyrights, especially:
- giving the right and true published creations’ titles and Creator’s names,
- to make every possible efforts to present creations in the very true and honorable way.

§ 5

As the exchange of the above mentioned consent given to the Rights Tenant, the Rights Tenant commits herself to put all creations pointed out within the frame of this agreement on her internet page WWW.goneta.net. This creations publication is theirs promotion and shall be the equivalent of the copyrights remuneration of the Creator within the frame of the consent given to the Rights Tenant for creations named together with price list in enclosure No. 2 to this Agreement. There has been stated no other copyrights remuneration on this Agreement basis.

§ 6

There is stated also that Creator has the right for 25% commission calculated as from the net price of one piece sold within the WWW.goneta.net. The statement of works sold shall be given to the Creator once per week. The statement shall include net prices of Creators jobs. The commission payment shall be done every three months in the way Creator points out as follows:

   1. by post
   2. bank transfer
   3. cash

§ 7

Agreement is concluded for the unlimited time and can be break off with three months’ notice.

§ 8

All not clarified problems of this agreement should be clarified according to the either Polish Copyright Law which has been in effected from the 4^th of Feb. 1994 or the Polish Civilian Code.

Agreement is drawn up in duplicate with one copy for each party.
